At least two new MINIs, along with a BMW were on board a car hauler that struck an over head sign this afternoon in Southfield, Michigan according to http://www.clickondetroit.com. One MINI ended up completely flipped over on its roof while still resting on the transport rig.
Limited additional details are available, but aerial footage of the incident show a Precision Motor Transport Group (PMTG) truck was involved. PMTG is the primary transport service used by BMW and MINI to relocate vehicles from east coast port facilities to dealerships.
