MA! Design is Human Partnership Raises MTTS Curiosities

UPDATE: Early reports from MINI and MTTS organizers claimed that there would be no evening before party or event, but local dealers, MA!, and Ponce City Market have indeed come through for everyone arriving a day early to Atlanta. Combined, a full day of events including accessory sales, local food and shopping activities, and a light and sound installation made of 256 helium balloons equipped with LED lights await as MINI fans gather to pre-register. See the Facebook event below for all the details.

Modern Atlanta [MA!], an architecture, design, and creative organization focused on bringing modern design, and culture together in Atlanta recently formed a unique partnership with MINI. Being a brand that focuses on design, MINI, provided a small fleet of MA! branded MINIs, for the MA! Design is Human expo and architecture tour. The event is finishing up its May 31-June 12 run.

Interestingly, MA! recently shared a uniquely wrapped MINI that has been placed at Ponce City Market in Atlanta via this Instagram post:

Decorated as an unfinished “coloring book” page, the creator, Josh LaFayette and MA! invite passersby to pickup a marker to help fill in the scene. The images we’ve seen seem to focus around an Atlanta theme, but many are curious if the promotional display has any connection to the 2016 MINI Takes The States event that is scheduled to begin in Atlanta. This is where the questions arise… …and potential spoilers follow…
