Bluetooth Connection Failures

MINI XL ScreenIf you’ve had issues using your Apple iPhone, or Samsung S6 smartphone with your MINI’s Bluetooth system, rest assured, MINI is aware of calls being disconnected and/or incomplete contact lists. The good news, is that MINI has released a notice to dealers on a procedure that should help alleviate your problems. The bad news is that they also have a reporting method for dealers if your problems are not resolved. Based on the ever changing technology of phones and bluetooth, we suspect issues may still arise from time to time.

The fix generally is a full reset of your phone and vehicle’s Bluetooth systems. You can continue to page two for MINI’s recommended Bluetooth reset procedure: Continue-Reading-Button-Orange
